Powder Coating Unit
- Capacity: Our Powder Coating unit has a robust capacity of 6000 tonnes per annum.
- Thickness: We apply Powder Coatings ranging from 60 to 80 microns, ensuring superior protection and finish.
- PVDF Coating: Additionally, we provide PVDF coatings with thicknesses of 35 to 45 microns.
Specialized Capacities
- PVDF: With a dedicated capacity of 1500 tonnes, we excel in PVDF coatings.
- Wood Effect: Our facility accommodates 1500 tonnes annually for Wood Effect finishes from Decoral Systems Italy.
Anodizing Lines and Electro Coloring
- We operate four Anodizing lines and a state-of-the-art Electro Coloring tank with a 22-tank process.
- Thickness: Our Anodizing processes achieve thicknesses ranging from 10 to 25 microns.
- Shade Options: Choose from Natural, Champagne, Bronze, Brown, and Black shades (Both Matt & Glossy)
- Annual Capacity: Our facility ensures efficient processing to meet diverse project demands of 3000 tons.
